When you contact us or request a quotation, we may process the information you provide, including:
- First name
- Last name
- Clinic, hospital or business name
- Professional role
- Email address
- Phone number
- Service requested
- Information contained in your message
We may also process technical information generated when you visit our website, such as IP address, date and time of access, browser and device information, depending on the technical services used on the website.
3. Why we use your data
We use this information to respond to enquiries and quotation requests, understand your requirements, communicate about samples and products, prepare quotations, coordinate services and production, maintain and secure our website, prevent spam and abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Contact and quotation form
Information submitted through our contact or quotation form is used to respond to your enquiry and, where appropriate, to discuss and provide our B2B services.
Submitting a quotation request does not automatically create an order or contract. Commercial terms, specifications, quantities, prices, samples and delivery arrangements are agreed separately.
5. Email
If you contact us by email, we process the information contained in your email and any attachments for the purpose of responding to you and handling the relevant business enquiry.
6. Website hosting
Our website uses WordPress and is hosted with Hostinger. Technical information may be processed by the hosting infrastructure for website operation, security and troubleshooting.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
Our website does not set any cookies when you visit it, unless you agree to analytics cookies.
If you click “Accept” in our cookie notice, we use Google Analytics (see section 8), which sets the following cookies:
- _ga: distinguishes visitors, stored for up to 2 years
- _ga_<ID>: keeps the state of a visit, stored for up to 2 years
Your choice (accept or decline) is stored in the technically necessary cookie ct_consent for 6 months, so that we do not ask you again on every page. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
Fonts and design files are hosted on our own server. No data is sent to font or design providers when you visit our website.
8. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to operate and improve the website:
- Hostinger: website hosting (see section 6).
- Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Ireland, and Google LLC, USA): only if you accept analytics cookies. We use it to create statistics about how our website is used, for example pages visited, approximate location, device and browser. Google may process data outside Switzerland, including in the USA. - Contact Form 7 (WordPress plugin): processes form submissions on our own website. No form data is sent to the plugin provider.
- LinkedIn: our website only contains a simple link to our LinkedIn page. LinkedIn receives data only if you click the link and visit LinkedIn.
We do not use Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, reCAPTCHA or other advertising or profiling services. If this changes, we will update this Privacy Policy.
9. Data sharing
We may use service providers where necessary to operate the website, communicate with customers, provide IT services, maintain security or handle enquiries.
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
10. International data transfers
Some service providers may process data outside Switzerland. Where personal data is transferred abroad, applicable Swiss data protection requirements will be respected.
11. Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant business purpose or as required by applicable law.
